IMF head: China model’s benefits go beyond China

“What you have achieved in China” has “turned into knowledge and success stories in other parts of the world,” said IMF managing director Kristalina Georgieva in a recent interview with CGTN’s Wang Guan. Noting China’s ability to improve the well-being of its own people and provide development models that can transform other developing countries, with Ethiopia as an example, she lauded China’s achievements. “What we learn from China, we transmit it to other countries,” she said.
